Return and Refund Policy

Since Everything we do is charity based: We do not offer refunds on any of our products or services. Auction items are often donated to us and sent directly from the donor to the purchaser. 

We do want you to be absolutely happy -so we will do our best to come up with a win-win solution in the event something goes wrong with a purchased item. We are happy to discuss the issue with the donor, or with the third party organization and will do our best to make things right. 

Transparency and Integrity are our highest priorities so please let us know if there is ever anything you are not fully satisfied with.
